Debbie teaches her specialist sugarcraft skills during Masterclasses in her studio in West London/Surrey (10 minutes from London Heathrow Airport) and around the world, encouraging beginners and perfecting the abilities of advanced students. Each workshop is tailored for every skill level as the subject is taught step by step. Debbie teaches the class herself, usually in an informal relaxed atmosphere with lots of attention and patience.
Private Tuition
If you prefer to book private tuition then this can be arranged on a mutually convenient date. All requirements will be supplied except for lunch, 10am to 4pm, £500 per day (£600 for 2012 unless pre-booked during 2011 including gift vouchers for 2012). You may share this day with one friend for no extra cost.

Scheduled Masterclasses in West London/Surrey UK
These Masterclasses have a maximum of 8 students and are held in Debbie’s studio in an informal relaxed setting. Debbie even bakes her popular chocolate chunk shortbread especially as a treat for students attending the day.
There are basic requirements to bring with you for each class. If the class is a cake sculpture then a cake is required or a cake dummy can be used, the buttercream or similar filling if using cake. Sugarpaste (rolled fondant) in the quantity required for the class and a board and suitable box. You also need to bring along your own lunch. All other equipment and requirements are supplied. If you’re attending from overseas then Debbie can arrange the requirements for you with advanced notice.
